Conditions of buying gift vouchers

1. Once you have selected the gift voucher you want, book your chosen term of the visit.
2. There is no limit on the date of the tour, so you can choose any date.
3. One alteration of the tour´s date is free of charge and it is to be made at least one week in advance. The change can be done by phone or by e-mail.
4. 100% of the price is refunded if the cancellation is made up to 48 hours before the start.
5. The payment is required immediately by the booking – by the credit card or PayPal.
6. After the payment, the gift voucher will be sent to your e-mail. Please print the voucher and put it into the prepared envelope.
