What to Expect
I will guide you through the colourful Holešovice Market in the city center, one of the most famous markets in the country, well known for its incredible varieties of products. In this crowded place, we will check the best local product that can be used for our masterclass. On Thursday, as we’re starting later, we’ll miss out our local market due to closing hours, but that’ll give us time to get cosy in my kitchen as you will be served local delicacies and wine at the beginning of the class.
Join me and discover how to prepare a typical Czech menu. Learn how to choose fresh ingredients and the way to cook them, select the proper tools and make the magic with your own hands. You will prepare a complete menu of 3 courses: Classic Czech soup called Kulajda, Goulash with dumplings, finish with the typical ''povidlové buchty'' as dessert.
You'll leave with good knowledge of cooking techniques useful not just for Czech cuisine, recipe book with all things you cooked + some other dishes and a few tips where are the right spots for great food or wine in Prague.
Other things to note I'll take care of your drinking regime and of course we'll sit down and enjoy all the 3 courses together so don't come too full :) Also don't hesitate to let me know if you have any allergies. Also contact me if the time of the class doesn't work for you :) We can figure out different times or dates!
